Aside from the Teacher and 5 main human in noble school, 11 other students have been located by the teacher. that means there are 9 students (Kumoko included) are unaccounted for.

I don't think it's a spoiler, but relatively important to understand the events, so here's a quick note. I'll spoiler it anyway, so that no one can complain. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The timelines between Kumoko and the other reincarnations do not run in parallel! Kumoko got a little headstart for being a spider. The easiest way to see this is the egg. The egg is the little dragon you always so innocently call "pet" ("the bully). So Kumoko's experiences in the great labyrinth of Elroe take place between 14 and 16 years before the events we've seen so far from the others (the banquet and the short meeting at school). €: It becomes quite obvious later in the story (at least if the Anime adapts the LN), but it's still a little confusing imho, and you could miss it, if you don't pay that much attention.

Episode two, and again not even sure if people will read this comment, but uhh... on to the story, I guess! So there is one important change I'd like to mention before I go into anything else, and that regards the little egg that our spider protagonist found, and that was this: there was a short segment where she used this egg as a shield against one of the petrification lizards. Our protagonist was confused that this egg could resist this attack just fine, and we would later have a connecting detail between the egg and someone else in the story, but for now, I'll let the story play out. (Still trying to avoid spoilers for the most part here, just in case, but this may have given a pretty big hint.) Alright, back to the main story: the spider storyline once again is playing out pretty faithfully, and the human side of things once again got abridged and modified. It seems like this is going to be a reoccurring thing, so for the most part, all the "human" segments (the rest of the classmates) will play out much differently than the source. A bit of explanation on some of the things that may be useful to know about the spider: first, analysis. This skill she took because she said it was "OP" and then was thoroughly underwhelmed by. The spider is uniquely good at leveling this ability. Remember in most of the scenes where there are huge monster swarms, and every time she would recoil from a headache? That's actually a very common occurrence with the skill. So much so, in fact, that for humans the skill is considered worthless; one use and they would be basically out of commission from the headache for a good while. To level the skill requires you to use it quite a massive amount, which humans are not capable, but our spider protagonist is (it definitely glossed over this in the anime; she's actually spamming appraisal on basically everything in sight. Walls, floors, any monsters she runs into, etc.) Doing this allows her to level it. Second, the "full heal" and "molting" on level ups. The "full heal" is a trait unique to reincarnations; the other classmates will also fully heal like this on level ups as well. The molting is completely special to the spider protagonist, though, being that she is a spider. I'll also start explaining some species, if anyone is curious, as they come up. I will restrain how much I say, however, based on how much the protagonist knows. First, we now know she's a species called a "Small Lesser taratect." The word "Taratect" is actually what they use to describe the spider species as a whole in this series, and of course, she's on the very bottom of the barrel. Like she stated herself, she's weak. Very weak. Small Lesser Taratects are considered bottom of the barrel in threat range. I am specifying this, of course, because there exists other kinds of taratects. Some only slightly more evolved than her, and some, like the one she called "Mother." You'll get an idea of just how dangerous this mother of hers is later down the series, as I do believe we'll get that far in the story. The Fenects (I think that's the name?) Are centipede like creatures that travel in massive swarms. The show never touches upon this, but there are a few details left out here: First, other monsters basically stop appearing around this area (due to these Fenects.) Second, these things have the ability to paralyze things they touch/things that eat them (like poison, but the resistances/application are different.) Third, the protagonist does eat one of them, but this was never shown on screen. And last but not least, these fenects have a stat spread very similar to the protagonist; all of their stats except speed are weak. I will note that this is protagonist specific; the species the protagonist is has stats that are even (and very low) across the board. (clarification, the only reason the protagonist has a higher speed is because of a skill, explained later.) The Baladorado is a species of giant snakes, and the protagonist labels them "the boss" of the area she's currently in. So yes, she is pretty weak compared to them. (EDIT; at this point she didn't list the snake as a boss. I believe she does this later when making comparisons on the monsters.) Right now this is all I can provide (at least compared to what the protagonist knows.) We'll get more as the story progresses, and hopefully I can start adding in stats to the list down the line (yes, we do have numbers to the stats that all the characters have! I'm holding out for now, waiting for the protagonist to see them though.) (EDIT: most of the numbers we have at this point in the book are from little bonus snippets, showing the species average and a bit of flavor text. I could probably list this now, since the book does list this already, but I'll hold off for now.) As for evolutions, I'd like to give a little bit of a spoiler here, and forgive me for this: the species you are seeing in the ending is currently not the one she is evolving to; it will take us a little while to get to that point. The protagonist at this time had also debated that perhaps her level could be raised further before evolving, among other concerns about her potential later down the line, but decided to evolve into the next species anyway (which we learn later was the right choice, for the most part.) > edit from the future; she doesn't really debate this nearly as much as I mentioned. She decides quickly on "small taratect" for better future growth, and worries about her future (will I become too big?). There's probably quite a bit I'm missing, considering my details on the book is rusty, but I guess I'll just run down a few things to round this out. First: Fei is indeed Wakaba's bully (Wakaba being the spider protagonist.) The spider later down the line discovers what hatched out of the egg. The book listed one or two lines, but in general, the response was "I'm glad I didn't break that egg open." There are clear cut factions later down the story. I will refrain from mentioning them now, though, especially since it could be quite heavy on the spoilers if I really wanted to go into detail on them. There is a good chance, based on the pacing, that we do see Wakaba meeting the reincarnations before the end of the season. In the books, we shuffled between the human and spider side up to around book 5-6, and then it stopped doing so and stuck to the spider (and her companions) past that point. ...I guess that kind of covers it? There is way too much to really review in comparison, and honestly I'm not even sure if anyone checks these. Plus considering how roughly I remember the early books, I think I definitely should seriously reread the first few books to catch up on everything properly. Until next week I guess? Maybe next week I can actually write this out early on instead of coming in a few hours late, so that some people who may be confused can see this. EDIT: looking through this (and it being pointed out that something was wrong?), I guess the "human" side of things isn't really playing out very much differently than the source, it's just playing out faster for the most part and cutting a lot out. Going to further double check everything, so please take this with a grain of salt. EDIT 2: remain with the grain of salt, I can't really identify anything else majorly wrong except the "playing out differently" part on the human side thing, and the spider side is also cutting out a lot of detail. For the most part, they're cutting out a lot of the small scale fighting (just her finding and eating little monsters like all the ferects, the centipede things.) I will note that I did miss a detail here in which she gets a few new skills and titles, being "Assassin" and "Monster Slayer". Assassin is a bit important down the line, monster slayer is just stat enhancements. Besides that the details may be a bit off, but should roughly give you a sense? The objective here is just to try and add a bit of context to the anime rather than explain the story.

I think being a monster spider causes the MC to gain EX faster, as that is necessary for her species to survive in a hostile environment like that, along with the massive birth rate. I'm fairly certain that explosion only took out one classroom and the rest of the school survived. They were all reincarnated at the same time, but not all in the same place. Several students are still unaccounted for and the teacher is out looking for them. Feirune (the pet) was actually reincarnated in the same area as the MC, but was fond by humans before she hatched and raised as a pet. I bring this up because the anime seems to of skipped over that part. I don't really have any reason to believe the humans are born as anything other than level 1. That said I can't rule out that they have other ways of leveling up other than killing things. At the very least they should be able to level up their skills doing activities related to them. For example the MC is able to level up her appraise by using it on everything, eventually getting more and more detailed information.

The anime is actually showing events out of order! In the manga, the reader doesn't even learn anyone else besides Kumoko had entered the new world until Volume 3, and we learn it from an end-of-volume chapter showing Fei's new life *starting* from when she's still trapped inside the egg (though able to perceive the world outside thanks to a Skill similar to Kumoko's Appraisal,) up until the moment she hatches, whereas Kumoko's efforts to try and crack it open and eat its contents all began and _ended_ in the span of three chapters in Volume 1.

No no, the evolution you saw comes quite a bit later in the story; that's just the form they used in the closing. During the story, Kumoko evolves about 8 or so times? She starts as a SUPER pitiful monster.... the weakest of the weak. It's why there's so many born; numbers to even out the weakness. And the classmates reincarnated ALL over the new world, they didn't reincarnate the same areas. As for "villains"... well, that's not how this story works. For a long time, the main focus is just Kumoko trying to survive.

All the reincarnated individuals were born around the same time, with the Spider/Kumo being born a few months earlier (aka., Spider's current plot-line is around a few weeks or a month after birth; while the other Students plot-line is around over a decade later). So, by the time they all meet, Spider/Kumo won't look the same as now.
