Your voice sounds so nostalgic. I completely understand you, I lived there for just 6 months and, even though I learned it's far from perfect, there's so much stuff I miss from my time there. Many of your 50, btw, specially combinis and onsens! We definitely need to be back!!!

I only just started to travel solo last year and with the pandemic hitting, it was really unfortunate. I'm thankful to get a WHV starting next month, I just can't wait to get back in the airport and take off again, it's such a free feeling!

Going to Japan was like to most amazing experience in my life. I've literally never been happier, especially with all the food and sights and the sheer beauty of all things. I don't know if I'll ever have enough money to come back but I still learn Japanese nonetheless so I might be able to communicate even better when it might happen someday in the future. Oh well, at least I have my memories :)

So glad I got to go to Japan last year before everything, but I miss it so much!! I was planning on going back in Feb 2021 but it doesn’t look like that will happen anymore, it’s devastating - really hope I’ll be able to go back soon. Got a few new ideas where to go from the vid too, thank you!

I was supposed to be in japan in April. This would have been my third visit I was planning to film content as well and go all over japan and spend about three weeks there! I miss everything you talked about in this video and how cheap everything is. I rarely buy Japanese food in Australia because it’s so expensive here! Bring on 2021 hopefully we can go back to japan soon

I went to Tokyo in February in 2018 and it was amazing, in total I have been to Tokyo three times, and every time I have been there, it has been amazing. I wish I could go back there full time.

I loved this! It made me think of the things I miss the most too and quite a few were on your list! My top ones are: the clean trains and stations, the next level convenience stores, the amazing meals in the basements of the department stores, the vending machines, the unique Starbucks locations, mitarashi dango, Don Quixote, Loft, Pokemon Centers, Teamlab borderless, the shrines and the fun souvenirs!

Lol kim I love all your videos so don’t stress about it. Although I’ve never been to Japan, I got to experience it through your videos. If I ever get to go I know I will definitely use your videos as reference. My plan is to go for Fall season since it’s my favorite and it’s less expensive for traveling. I was addicted to the Georgia coffees when I was in Okinawa. I miss going to the mall and sitting in the massage chairs and playing the taiko drums. To say this compilation is gorgeous and so well-made is such an understatement. This is really a video love letter. Beautiful!

the sailor moon restaurant actually closed even before it was open for a whole year 😭😭😭😭 i'm so sad! i'm lucky and glad i was able to go 4 times before they closed it tho ;^; still so bummed!

I loved super potato and yes it is priceier that other places but if you are just visiting and you don’t have time to shop around prices for a certain game you want JUST BUY IT. I’m from the states and retro video games stores suck here I regret not buying what I wanted when I was there

I miss travelling so much. Even if I can travel in the European union because i'm from Paris. I don't wanna risk to be infected or to be too careless. But yeah I miss travelling. I should pretend to travel nearby 🙏💕 I miss Japan so much also. I have been there once but it was too short 🤣
