I just discovered your channel yesterday or today, not sure, it’s been a blur. But I’m buying a 3 prong spear tomorrow and will be visiting my native Mexico next week. Gonna incorporate some of your recipes down there share with my friends! Btw, you make ceviche almost exactly like we do! We sometimes use sour oranges.

I will not make ceviche unless I clean the fish so I know if it is fresh. Usually has to be a fish I catch. You don't know how old the fillets are in the grocery store.

This recipe looks AMAZING. I am going to give it a go tonight. How does one do a kitchen counter top compost bin like you have? I see it is glass with a bowl on top?
@kimiwerner4 жыл бұрын
We just put our scraps there while cooking then transfer to our compost bucket. Then the North Shore Community Compost Movement has their crew come pick it up and drop it off to local farms!
