Callan reminds me of when my 12 year old was his age. She pulled everything out of the bottom cabinets flinging as fast as she could go. She would crawl into one of the cabinets and was singing , reading books, talking on her phone (AKA a pair of socks) or eating snacks with the door shut. Cleaned up every night at bed and rinse and repeat the next day. Those days go SO fast. Thank you for sharing your little family with us and bringing back such sweet memories.

I'm from Hawaii, we dont get much rain here. I love watching your videos! I admire you on so many levels! Just a suggestion from a mom of three boys. The saftey locks they have for the cabinets might be a thought when your little buddle of joy makes his debut. It will make your days a little less stressful and one less thing to pick up. When baby #2 comes along, you won't believe how busy you will be. I had a 2 1/2 yr old daughter, and my 2 month preemie son was born. I barely remember anything about the first month after he came home from a month in the NICU, I was crazy busy, beyond anything I had ever imagined. Cut your onion next to a fast stove. Put your burner on high and put the cutting board next to the burner on the counter. This is the only thing that works for me!

Okay tip for that tub cleaning while pregnant : try using your mop or get a mop if you don't have one to just mop out your tub. The sponge kind that winches closed to drain works really well in the corners too.

To chop onions, I literally have those small flexible swim goggles that just fit over your eyes. I leave them in my kitchen drawer after cleaning them off after every use. I have found no other way to tackle the burning crying eyes,only thing that works. Your baby is adorable and so curious and active. Beautiful time right now, enjoy it.

Onions, peel from the bottom up......that's it. No onion eyes. Or you can hold a stainless spoon in your mouth, I never found that to be all that helpful.
