Also I don't let anyone else do my analsyis or my bias for me. If I'm trading you can bet my bias is my own creation. My strategy is also unique. I guarantee you that Jadecap and Paladin also make trades and have biases that they came up with by themselves. If you can't trade alone, you can't trade.

Sorry, but I have a off-topic suggestion :D Try to wash your hair with shampoo in the evening, dry it with towel only, but don't get into a bad with wet hair. Then, next morning, apply some water on your hands (just a bit) and move your hair around with it. After that dry it with a towel again and lay it down. I have a similar hair type to yours and this helps me a lot! And don't ever use a hair dryer. It was not made for us :D

A humble trader called Oliver Velez explains.... trading is a game of 2, up and down, red and green, win or loss, 20ma 200ma, 3 movements up, down or sideways, is that complex ? no. just see your set up 2 or 5 minutes time frame.. 20 to 45 minutes trade take your money and then you are done for the day. period... then you go do your yoga, control your meltdowns, go to the psychologist, worry about your boyfriend or girlfriend, look for planet alignment.. and bla bla bla..... 🙄 might be 7 figures successful traders but this wont help newbies... these are just things that work for them and their mental health.

Having a sound mind before trading sounds like you have a subjective strategy. If you have an objective one, it shouldn't really matter how you're feeling as all your doing is entering when your EXACT rules are met.

@@MrSchwood A bit of discretion in an otherwise mostly rule based strategy can be really useful. Why make yourself as robotic as possible and follow exact rules without thinking, when your trading experience / discretion is the only advantage you have compared to computers / programs. As a new trader a fully rule based strategy is a good start but eventually you'll have experience that will allow you to pass up trades that are technically in your plan but you know from experience are lower probability.
