I think Kimmie, who I really like as a skater, should look at what Johnny Weir did to get back on top. He knew he and his old coach were not effective as a team together anymore so he got a new coach who is not afraid to push him. Kimmie, I think, is in the same position he was in and would benefit from a new coach.

She is lucky her loop didn't get downgraded.

Everyone pre-rotates but Kimmie goes farther than a half-turn. Her "Triple" Toeloops in combination are only 2 actual rotations in the air. A half-turn pre-rotation and quarter-turn cheat is the most allowed, a total of 2.25 rotations in the air. If you don't do at least that amount, it's underrotated.

I think kimmie is a great technical skater and if she believes in herself she could dominate the sport...

No, look at how she pre-rotates into the jump. You have to count the rotations from when she actually leaves the ice. Kimmie has never done a real 3/3 combination in her life, from all the competitions I've seen.
