As a former geiko, Moe's every movement is grace personified. I was lucky enough to spot a maiko in the streets of Kyoto, and she made walking in a floor-length obi and sky-high wooden clogs look effortless. I made this today after watching the video and it's soo goood! I miss having cold noodles and i always thought it's difficult to make at home. I used 2 tbsp of cyder vinegar instead of rice vinegar, and used yellow pepper, baby tomatoes, shrimp, eggs, and carrots for the toppings♡
