I forgot to say the time to boil the udon. I ate it together with Sutan, so I boiled it for 15 minutes. I think about 13 minutes is good for adults to eat. Try it❤️

I love your videos and how Sutan is always included. When she just pulled on the dough and you just looked at it and then her at 2:12 I was dying!!! I had to go outside because I’m at work and I couldn’t keep my laughter in. I love how you find substitutes for all of the ingredients for those of us who don’t have them in our country. Okay but I’d been wondering this for a while if Moe was doing her cooking in a kimono and when she turned around and I saw the obi belt I was like, “holly shit this women’s a superhero...” and then I realized that it was a specific apron meant for kimono and now I’m actually speechless. Moe makes me want to try cooking in a kimono now. Keep up the amazing work and having fun!!! Love from Las Vegas, USA

Wow udon noodles look amazing. So happy it turned out well Moe. I think the 30 minutes is essential cause it probably helps the dough to rise and not be as sticky or just more flour was probably needed. The only way to know is experimenting.
