Is the "small quantitfy of gas at contactor pressure" only needed to prime the pump? Or is it a continuous consumption?

About 35% of the total volume of the pump will be filled with gas continuously and will need to be considered as continuing power cost for pump operation. They can find these Gas Consumption rates in section 10 of our catalog- page 10.15.

Aren't the arrows on the needle valve assembly suppose to point in towards the center of the pump?

Very good catch! Impressive to call us out on that detail :) Honestly, it's likely whoever made the cutaway model reversed one of the needle valves when reassembling. Ultimately, the flow goes both directions through the needle valve during operation so it shouldn't affect operation. I'll verify with our product team to see if there's' any more info I could follow up with on this.

@@KimrayInc lol..I have caught them coming into my shop backward, but I always switch back. The orifices are different sizes on each side, but you are correct; it will still operate. No disrespect intended. I do enjoy your instructional videos; keep them rolling out.

@@KimrayInc should make a video about why these pumps lose prime, and freezing problems when it's not cold (70°F). I've been fighting this issue and not finding any help. Proper adjustment for flow rate would also be great.
