These quick bites are better than shorts/reels and far better than longer-form videos on single techniques that don't need them. Keep these up! 👍🏾

Right after you hip bump which forces your opponent to hand post far behind him, you essentially move your hips out towards that same hand post to place yourself on the outside of your opponent for attacking position. This is excellent. I have mistakenly fallen back to guard after hip-bumping. This will help a great deal thank you.

Amazing. I did this to my grandma when she went in for a hug, and you were right. Whatever steroids she uses made no difference.

I remember you showing me this when you were down here for a seminar, I asked you to use Kimura as the base move for developing a system and how you'd go about that. I'd still love the opportunity for a lesson on building a system from you at some point in the future. I really enjoy the methodology you use when you teach so the info sticks really well for me.

All jokes aside, this is one of the clearest, most easily understandable instructionals I have ever seen. The editing paired with the voice overlay, multiple angles, and the fact that you show the movement both with AND without your opponents limbs entangled means this is 10/10 orange chicken.

I also like weaving my hand around the forearm as I do the hip bump, if the person has longer arms, so he doesn't s-grip his hands and return me back to the mat.

Fuck yeah got my coach with this one today (even if he was going sloth mode). I think that snaking their forearm as the initial grip is $ because grabbing the wrist seems to trigger Kimura defense ime whereas this went more undetected today.
