Started this episode with CRUSHING disappointment because Andy was not present. Little did I know, he was there, just invisible. What a relief 😅

Joey, holy shit! The mid 00s house of wax fucked me up too. I also love the OG. I think that classic horror is just fantastic. House on haunted hill, house of wax, most dangerous game... Masterpieces

Really interesting that Andy was frightened by the Ghosts in 'Sixth Sense' a movie where some of the living Humans are the actual Monsters.

The Ring and the movie where Owen Wilson's head got yeeted in some chimney kinda fucked me up, would cautiously walk past chimneys for a while. But what really fucked me up was a story in Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark where some guy goes around eating kids ears and noses, or something like that. For years I'd sleep with a blanket covering most of my face

The Owen Wilson movie you're thinking of is THE HAUNTING (1999). I remember thinking it was scary as a little kid, but boy did that movie not age well.

My teenage cousin took me to go see 13 Ghost when I was 11. I was so terrified, I had an asthma attack. So she took me out that movie and sent me to the theater next door with her friends to go watch Traning Day. Till this day, can't watch 13 Ghost 🤣

Did Tim even watch the WWE Crown Jewel show? The Undertaker nor Pitbull appeared at the WWE show. Pitbull had a concert for the city of Riyad Saudia Arabia and the Undertaker introduced him there. This had nothing to do with the show WWE ran in Saudi Arabia.

Im surprised thats the part that got mike and not the found footage part of that movie. Unless im getting it mixed up with the other early 2000s texas chainsaw movie which i may, but that the answer for me. I legitimately thought that footage was real and even me writing this comment gives me goosebumps those scenes scarred me.

The original Candyman when he’s getting killed by the bees, and Pet Sematary when the kid slices the achilles. Don’t know why I was able to watch those as a kid but they’re burned into my mind.

I was born in 2000 so DVD rental stores are a thing from when I was very little. The one that fucked me up on horror movies for like 15 years was just the cover to Dead Silence, the one with the puppet with the dead finger shushing you

I feel like the return of Blockbuster-esque rental movie houses are an inevitability. walk the aisles, rent a movie, then play it there

I had a night terror after watching Blair Witch Project. Woke up in a cold sweat screaming and punching the wall. The dream still haunts me to this day. Never had a night terror before that or since. I think it was my brain just freaking out because I was two days from getting on a plane to boot camp, had like 6 beers, and went to bed right after watching it. Perfect storm.

I strongly disagree with the not scared of birds comment come to Australia and experience the magpies and spiders abound. Magpies swooping is scary as fuck, also the birds is hitchcocks worst movie had to rewatch it for film studies last semester it’s just laughable.
