Kindle Scribe vs Boox Note Air 3C for Annotating

Reading and commenting on other people's work or your own is a common part of a writer's life. How do the Scribe and the NA3C compare for those of us trying to go paperless in this process? I compare both devices' native formats (NeoReader & Kindle books) as well as PDFs.
