I know this video is old, but would suggest a belt to feed the wood and something over the splitter to prevent splinters from flying all over the place. Apart from that, really cool machine.

I have no plans on paper, just in my head. The motor is a 1.5hp and runs at 1400rpm, using the belts and pullys its geared down to approximately 200rpm at the chisel. I used two rose joints butted together for the linear motion shaft. And pillow block bearing for the main rotational shafts. You should be able to copy most of it from the vids, im making another for a customer now so I should have another video up this wk, if you want anymore info just ask! Where are you from?

Hello frank, thanks for the comment. These machines have sold for £750 and are made to order, it takes a month or 2 as i am just tinkering at them in my spare time, they are all slightly different as i am just making them up as i go.
