They actually only have specifically selected combinations of attacks they do. Ie ogrim throws a dung ball and isma reflects, ogrim tunnels and isma does a floor sweep isma does a spike attack and ogrim bounces etc. It's all balanced, and there's actually not that many patterns in the fight, however like with all of these bosses nail only is really hard.
