I totally forgot about candle day until you mentioned it! I used to go religiously but after Covid I really don’t like crowds! I might go Sunday to get the three or four that I like for old times sakes but only if it’s not crowded which I don’t think it will be this year bc like u said people are not buying like that. And soooo true about being kind! I’m always amazed how little politeness and kindness to especially retail workers get you soooo far! They are so used to people being nasty n rude that they are actually shocked when u r nice to them!

@@gwenreport Covid changed everything and I when retail workers tell me how they are treated, I am appalled!! How can people go out of their way to be so cruel?? Like why?? I try to be kind to everyone. Now when I’m driving, it can be a different story 🤣🤣

I finally finished all my shopping today. I still have 3 young boys (5,9 and 12). We did much less year but I love gifting to them because they are only young for so long. My 12 year old is already done with toys so I'm taking it in. We only do our boys and parents and 1 gift for each other. No friends and extended family. It just gets Rediculous. But what I'm Looking forward to now is the movies at home, baking and relaxing. Skipping candle day, I have enough stuff. P.S we also do our kids bus driver , therapists and teachers. They deserve it.❤ Nothing big though-chocolates, candles etc

@@stacyb6461 I totally understand all of this. If my kids were younger it would be the exact same! The grandson gets it all now. He just had a birthday in October and he is only two. My husband will probably give him money but I wanted him to have something to open here. The movies and baking are truly so memorable! Everything else is just getting out of hand.😩💕💕💕
