@SlipknotFanize from wiki "Macro" lenses specifically designed for close-up work, with a long barrel for close focusing, are one of the most common tools for macrophotography. ... ie your tiny wang would require a macro lens and the kinect sensor is not equipped with one.

I just noticed that at 3:39 if you look at the screen it is COMPLETELY 3D when you look at it. Nintendo thought they were cool when they made the 3Ds with a special screen, Microsoft just made 3D with any screen!

@MegaChris104 Yes, it is. He says it's "a permanent addition to the Xbox LIVE Dash and is available to ALL Xbox LIVE members." Also, if you look on the LIVE website, it says Kinect Fun Labs is free.

kinect has opened so many doors for kids/adults with various disabilities. people can hate on xbox or microsoft all they want, but as far as i'm concerned, the kinect is truly amazing.

When the Wii first came out, I remember everyone saying, "Imagine the possibilities!" Well, 5 years later and it never really evolved past the stuff you could do in WiiSports. Now Kinect is pushing the whole "Imagine the possibilities!" line, but I think it might actually have the potential to make that mean something. This stuff is all really awesome, but somebody needs to incorporate it into some kind of actual game in order to make me care.

I'll be honest... This thing is AWESOME! Seriously, If they can incorporate this in future games, It will be Epic... Like Using you future 'highly' detailed avatar in a game like GTA etc.

When she waves at 2:24 you can see really briefly that she is waving with her right hand and the Avatar is waving with it's left. I don't want to jump to conclusions but this could be fake.

Scanning yourself as an avatar is stupid! It is just one default avatar with pants and a t-shirt. It just prints the colors of your cloths and puts your mouth on the same avatar. If you take off your shirt the avatar stills has a shirt but the shirt as nipples on it

@DontMissVideos it is probably in a different format other than wmv....verify what format the file is in and convert it into a playable format (using other software) for windows media player...or choose another player like roxio, nero, or real one player which plays multiple formats.

@ToastyTarget00 This is FREE if you have Kinect and it isn't a game! This is going to be the place you look for for new Kinect innovations and new technology. Everything you see here are just little things Microsoft is showing that will be put into future games. Think about it, in a future GTA game it would be amazing if we could scan ourselves and be in the game. This is just the beginning! They will constantly be updating this every week and will be making things already in Fun Labs better!

You don't know why the guy is wearing sunglasses. He has tons of lights shinning on him so maybe it is bright, maybe he is very sensitive to light (some people are and they might be so sensitive that they scream if light is shinning on them), maybe for all you know.......he could be blind! Some blind people do things like wearing sunglasses instead of those little black glasses blind people where. Last, maybe he just felt like wearing sunglasses inside:)

this isnt an actual inect game! just a download (for free) that does tests! the actual kinect games are getting better! by what ive seen in the starwars & ryse kinect games, its gona be gettin alot better from here on.

It's a *different* way to control games, sure, but nobody's even claimed it's *better*. They don't need to, they just get confident and charismatic presentation professionals to manipulate the viewer's perspective with heavily-researched psychology. Everything they showed was simple and unimpressive but, well, there's a reason they talk the way they do.

microsoft makes everything imperfect. May be apple needs to jump in to repair kinect labs which does not work at all. then repair lag in kinect sensors
