Kinefinity Mavo LF, Sony PMW F3, BMPCC Original back to back clips (JE NE SAIS QUOI Tests)

Nothing scientific, just a camera geek looking to see how 3 of my favorite cameras look back to back. I’d have played the ABC camera guessing game but in this case, the sensor sizes are so different it’s pretty obvious which is which. Maybe on the next one, I’ll match the angle of views a little.
All recorded in prores hq 422. The Sony F3 and original Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera were super scaled to 4K in Resolve.
ISO’s we’re set between 600 and 400. All shot at 30p w/180-degree shutter and slowed to 24fps...but looking back I think I had the F3 set to 1100 ISO.
I like these cameras specifically as I feel they all have a similar Alexa-like look and each camera is a different tool especially with the Full Frame, Super 35mm, and Super 16mm sensors variations between them; one is my professional workhorse, another is for getting artsy, and one is for travel…and all 3 inspire creativity. For overall film look, the F3 is the winner in my opinion.
I’m also realizing that the Kinefinity Terra 4K camera probably has “that look” more than the Mavo LF so I’ll eventually try testing that.
