I just re read the chapter again after anime episode and the very last panel on this chapter is not Kinemon's inner voice, it is written for the other Akazayas being surprised that it was Tokage Port all along... so, yeah Kin was not lucky but the guy just pulled this off and manage the emotion all the way till the end.
