28:12 this is my favorite part in this campaign yet. Pure comedy. King Anesterian considers Arthas' offering and then he suddenly nukes him without saying anything. Sylvanas: You ok, my King? Anesterian: We are leaving. He's like one of those nice guys until you piss him off.

Ah, pleasant memories from the childhood about this mission! I used to mind-control elven workers with banshees and re-build elven settlements from scratch. Think of Dar'Khan Dratir for role-playing traitorous elves as an in-lore reason. Can't remember for sure if elven units were available for hire, but Altar of Kings actually made it possible to hire multiple Alliance heroes without hero cap. One time I even leveled Silvermoon to the ground at filled it with buildings of my own. So damn fun.

I never bought into this "Every man we lose adds to the zombie horde" logic. While technically correct, how many zombies were lost attempting to get a single kill? Unless the zombies are not having losses, the math will not favor them.

Can't believe I'm complaining of this, but the map is way too well made and filled with quests. It is supposed to be a climax, an epic final battle against the Undead, but most of the mission consists of fighting bandits and helping grandmas cross the road.

Meanwhile, on StarCraft Reign of the Void Reversed… As Raszagal makes her stand against the undead and sends runners, her runners encounter a (relatively) young Preserver initiate keeping ancient knowledge safe, and Graven Hill and his mercenaries offer help if the Matriarch herself pays a visit. Kor-shakal is successfully alerted, and Aldaris mobilizes Taldarin and his troops to aid Raszagal. She herself aids the Preserver (represented as a Danimoth unit) with sorting the memories and takes her to Kor-shakal, receiving a trove of vespene and minerals. Mr. Hill is not only in debt for setting up on Aiur for two moon cycles without paying enough of the rent, some of his men have gone rogue and stole the funds needed to pay Raszagal upon her arriving. In exchange for dealing with these turncoats, he'll give her a trove of Ihan crystals (which he already finished archiving the memories of, which he doesn't tell her). After dealing with them, she then discovers from Hill that one of her kind has robbed him to establish the very base they have right now. Because Raszagal is a wise Nerazim, she opts not to kill the robber, but asks how much was stolen. She then pays that amount to Hill, who grouses that it'll have to do, but the payment doesn't count for any mercenaries she wants to hire from him. A bunch of High Templar are investigating a plague in a nearby city, and Raszagal spares some time to help them, gaining more minerals and vespene in return. And then Kerrigan's Brood is wiped to the last. Before she's finished off, she tries to make a bargain by telling Aldaris what she needs, and that they'll leave once it's obtained. He haughtily states that she should know their answer and promptly has Taldarin vaporize her.
