Beelz after all of this you should just turn on the mods, get Shade, Lou, Undine, the bottle, the spirit that gives dmg for spirits, the omen spirit and the last 2 spirits or good magic dmg items and have fun. Well that and see what full power Oberon can do.

Love your videos man. You're the whole reason that I ever actually played rouge likes on my own, and even the reason my homies all got Gunfire. Recently beat my first full run for Skul and every time I get far into a run I get hit with the realization that you are insanely cracked at this game. Can't tell you how many times I have had a stupidly juicy run and got killed because I dashed a quarter second too early or late. But we getting there, slowly but surely. And until the point that I can play this game half as well as you, at least I can always come watch your videos to see some truly god level gameplay. Always looking forward to the next video friendo.

I've got to give props to Hades here for addressing this issue. You can use a 'keepsake' from one of the Gods to guarantee that the next room contains one of their 'boons' so that if you're trying to build your run around a specific God you're more likely to come across their enhancements. Southpaw realised this was a problem and hence why we got the update to make it so each equipment room and boss chest gives you multiple items to choose from. But they've added another 25 items into the game again with the DLC and have made it more difficult to try and build Skul around a specific 'theme'. That's not to mention the fact that higher rarity items are less likely to appear anyway, and with new items comes decreased odds of finding them. And an Oberon run is notoriously difficult to try and set up anyway, so now there is even less of a chance of it happening. I wonder if there's something more they could do?

The Great Bow of Truth is one of Hercules' items. Great with how many skill charges he can get, makes it easy to stack up. Indomitable Will meanwhile is a Spartacus item, as he wants to be right in the action with those parries, standing his ground right up to dudes and building the flame stacks. That said, Indomitable Will is kinda just a fantastic item for any build that wants to be relatively close to the enemies. Excellent item all around. The Unknown King, AKA King Arthur, AKA Dat Slashy Magical Boi, AKA Big King is cool. Definitely a skull I figured you'd love cuz it's right up your alley of crazy normal attack spamming dudes with fun dashing skills and a cool gimmick to them. He's solid! So, the Dark Skul fight is obviously totally bonkers and super tough. But it does give me IDEAS. It would be absolutely AWESOME if we could somehow get Dark Skul and his three different forms as skulls in the game. His base form could be Balanced with the big club for huge normals, give him the crazy crystal head toss that auto-teleports on hit like Kilivan, give him a big crystal AoE slam, maybe some bouncy projectiles and homing bone projectile swarms as potential skills. The horned form in phase 2 would be the Power Skull, massive fist punching, super strong dash attacks, big red spark explosions. Then the Lance/Spear form would be the Speed skull, lots of dashing stabs, summoning spiked lances and the like all over the place. It would be sick! And all the sprites are pretty much there, so it would be a cool way to utilize existing assets in an awesome way. Maybe as a reward for beating him on Dark Mirror level 10? Either way, the idea has been stuck in my brain since I first did that fight and won't leave me alone.

I've mentioned it a few times in other videos. I recall in the Oblivion Override videos I mentioned how the sewer/green stage reminded me of the place where you fought.... damn is it Alterasia Type H? It's something Type H. He uses the armageddon blade skill against you. I unironically used the Oberon summon girl a bit, didn't mind Raven Blademaster either (sucked though). But was a fan of Lord Knight despite how vanilla it was at the time (was considered bad when I played).

I think Heraxles might be the best contender due to the fact he can become pseudo-invincible. The King just needs to get hit a few too many times to fold like paper assuming he has curse chests active + Orc. Heracles can use Orc and remain safe. But it all depends on how well they're used.

Aand here we are, The King is back, long liveth the King. A Speed (yea beelz, they are fast) Magic Skull, Legendary. Anime Holy energy coursing through it, different ways to use the transformation. The Items associated to him are not that strong, but help the niche of Magic Basic Atk Melee Boi. I LOVE IT. If you use mods, I recommend using Turbo-Attack. It can get Difficult to keep up with Basic Atk spam. About Dark Skeleton Skul, it is Probably an HARDER fight than the final Boss. I'm still learning some attack patterns, and Diff 10 and the absolute BANGER of an OST do not help. (yea Beelz, you have played Diff 0, I've played Diff 10 Full BLIND Dark Skul included. I've won with Ghoul, and it was VERY CLOSE to a loss. Good Luck.) If I have to say, It might be a personal impression, but some attack patterns of bosses feels easier. Like the Hero's Ball of Flash/Dash or Yiggy's Hand Slide. Or maybe I'm getting better. What is your opinion? Final Edit: Couldn't you just set the 5th Fairy Tale Inscription with the 2 settable in the shop? Some probably do not know this, maybe it is a spoiler but minor. The Masterpiece and Omen inscriptions DO NOT get an upgrade at Chapter 6, if you only have those maxed you get ......... /find it yourself, not going to spoil ALL the Fun, nyeheheheheh/

For the great bow of truth, wouldn't it be a heracles' item? Among the available mythical skuls, I think he's the only one with a notable feat in archery. Besides, many of his skills have charges, so he'll easily gain stacks for the item.

"Shout outs to anyone who's ever played or knows about Elsword." Was certainly one of my favorite MMO (could you even call it that?) back in the day. Always preferred Raven's subclasses myself, aesthetically Blademaster, gameplay Reckless fist. I haven't touched it in years so I'm not sure how things are these days. Also kind of interesting how they call Arthur the "King of Heroes" as in the Fate franchise Artoria (female Arthur) was known as the Knight of Knights and Gilgamesh was known as the King of Heroes being humanity's oldest recorded hero. Lastly love the Oberon theme given how closely King Arthur is with fairies. Think Avalon where he was buried is known as "The land of the Fairies." So that's awesome. Just loving this particular video.

What do you mean Oberon build isn’t good?! It allowed me to no hit the first hero fight as the little skul without even attacking (pre-dark mirror)!! Speaking of the first hero though, I feel like the closest skull we have to him is actually dark paladin, since his charged blade beam and rapid slash skill are pretty much the same with two of the first hero’s moves in phase 1. Additionally, with the addition of dark mirror first hero, they even look similar now

I'd say Arthur is closer to golden Hero and DP is closer to the dark Hero for sure. I mean Fairy Tale is bad in the sense that it's a huge commitment and unless done correctly the payoff can be disasterously weak. I've had countless runs, a lot of them on stream but 1-2 here and there on youtube where Oberon is just... weak. You basically NEED to get the Blessing item to ensure you have enough magic attack scaling to make him effective. Otherwise the spirits will all hit somewhat decently, but will pale in comparison to a strong all magic build focusing on Wisdom with some Artifact. Dark Mirror helped the build a little with the inclusion of Go-Getter to boost the damage numbers of the spirits. But the other magical builds all got stronger as well. Main issue remains in that the build relies heavily on 1 item (blessing) to really get rolling. Now that there's even more items added to the pool, finding it can be very difficult. Shade also depends on Lou to be powered up and Undine needs the water to be powered up. There's just a ton of dependencies that pure magic doesn't care about. When you actually have the build it's good. But you're basically searching for Exodia in a 60 card deck that isn't focused on Exodia.

So I thought Sword of Trials reminded me of something from Elsword course I also thought I was confusing it with DFO. Looked at the skills of Lord Knight and Blademaster. Turned out it was a skill from Elesis's Grandmaster path. Rushing Sword. Course DFO's Slayer also had the skill Drive Slash which was also similar.

When I watched your video I thought it was mirror 10 and I was impressed on how you were melting all the enemies until you mentioned something about how hard it would be on lvl 10. xD Since I got the update I have only played on 10. It took me 6 tries to beat the Hidden Boss and 10 to beat Alexander. I enjoyed a lot all the fights, but damn having 4 phases for a Boss took me back to when I played Mega Man X

The only bad thing with the DLC is that in addition to 5 new skulls to the pool, you also have 20 more items to the already congested pool. Also that RNG with the wedding ring...good lord. It would be interesting if they added a feature to lock out items or have you influence the shop peddler to favor one damage type versus another. Like if you are King Arthur to favor magic damage items. Fairy Tale is already hard enough without having to deal with more items. Even though the build was kinda eh you still did solid damage all things considered. Granted Heracles was such a giggle fest. You know at this point...you have to do a Skul vs. Dark Skul fight on level 10. The god build will be needed.
