Bran is not evil he has seen everything past, present and future that's why he comes off as emotionless because he is not surprised and has seen all the events play out. He knows who lives and who dies. Jon Snow never wanted the throne, Sansa prefers to rule back at Winterfell and Arya rather explore the world and new lands.
