But, is the traditional portrait a royal waste of UK taxpayer money? Plus, there’s a rather controversial King Charles costume available online in the run up to the big day. The various portraits will not be on display in public buildings in the UK but in the hundreds and hundreds embassies and consulates around the world, they will be in town halls all over the UK and be part of the ceremonies when people are granted UK citizenship, they will also be in county court rooms and magistrates as prosecutions are made in the King Name. The panel go on about people having a hard time but really when did anyone on the panel last worry about money?

Exactly. The government foots the bill to distribute I believe. The cost is putting it up across Britain and all principalities. That is not a small number. I assume frames are included. Shipping. Some building will have large prints.

I still find it hard to believe that he is king now, as it was only last year that we were celebrating the late Queen Elizabeth‘s 2 platinum, jubilee and having a massive celebration for her and now this year we are celebrating King Charles the third coronation, but yet in the back of my mind, we’ve still got the lake Queen and I heads, and I know that this is what happens when queens and kings die.
