People with sense know that monarchy is not the source of the issues in the country. You remove the monarchy, you lose a lot of income, and you are left with essentially the same people running the country with the same issues. It will also cost a lot of money to implement all those changes for absolutely no improvement and likely plenty of losses including all the jobs associated with The Monarchy. You can't sell that to people who are in their right minds. It's not worth doing.
