Biden definitely has an Alzheimers walk (gait) I spotted this same walk in my late dad before he was diagnosed or had any other symptoms. I noticed an elderly neighbour (ex police inspector) walking the same way and knew immediately he may have or would soon be diagnosed with the same condition. Sadly, I was right and he passed away very quickly through Alzheimers.

My aunt owns and runs day centres and home day care for Dementia sufferers, which I help her out with, believe me, most of them have a certain walk. I've had to deal with multiple friends and family members with dementia and Alzheimer's, I can attest first hand that it can get very frustrating and requires a lot of patience. Biden should not hold any public office at this point in his life, and most certainly not President. But considering his VP and also considering who counts the votes in most of the biggest cities in the USA, not only will he remain President he'll probably be re-elected.
