HLMQE probably would have preferred _not having to get up and ready_ to meet the new PM, but she said it was her job. And don't forget that KC IS a workaholic. Camilla has her work cut out for her to get him to slow down.

I would love to go to Australia, and I've heard wonderful things about the country and the people. That said, I hope that the King got his doctors' permission - good that they will be traveling with him! King Charles has done and is doing a marvelous job. Chemo is deadly and hard to deal with, which makes his working throughout his treatment is beyond courageous. I wish the King, the Princess of Wales and everyone who is dealing with this terrible disease the very best and a speedy recovery.

King Charles reminds me of his late Mother where his illness is concerned. That great lady kept working and serving till the day she died and we see King Charles doing much the same as she did. He is continuing to work, serve his country and people and be as active as he can. Good for him. I suspect that this may be helping him more than anyone can realize. He is an inspiration to all of us.

We had a sweet little old lady neighbor in Irving, TX. CAROLINE was a good friend of Liberace. She had a photo album and lots of stories. Caroline only drove 25 mph. And our baby brother would go next door and ask for ice cream. Caroline loved it.

I can’t help but feel sorry for King Charles. He waited 73 years for the job he was born to do and within two years of ascending to the throne, he was diagnosed with cancer. That seems like a cruel blow indeed. Yes, he has the best care but cancer is no respecter of status or wealth.

I don't care what kind of cancer one has, or what kind of treatment one is receiving, it's rough. I've been through it twice and I told only a very few people that I had it. I'm amazed at King Charles' grueling schedule and how he never complains and never appears tired or in an ill mood. He is truly an inspiration to people all over the world. May God bless him on his Australian tour as he pauses his treatment.
