Please keep reviewing Gizzard records! :) Such a varied and interesting band. My most recent musical obsession. Paper Mache Dream Balloon and Quarters! are really interesting diversions in their sound. For other great records of their more traditional sound, Polygondwanaland and I’m In Your Mind Fuzz are really fantastic and must-owns. Would also love to hear your opinion on their newest record, Fishing For Fishies. I love individual parts of it but still undecided how I feel about it as a cohesive whole. Their next upcoming release for 2019 is thrash metal - not usually my genre but I love what I’ve heard of it so far. Keep up the great work! On a side note, check out one of their side bands The Murlocs. Fronted by Ambrose. Old Locomotive is a great album to start with.

Long live the Gizz, I pre ordered all limited coloured vinyl reissued back catalog as well as most of their 75,000 releases over the last few years (now I'm broke) Broderic Smith is the father of Ambrose, he wrote the story to Eyes like the sky and narrated it in a couple of days. Is there a more badass cover than that Buddy Miles album? I think not

Wedding Album - very cool to have (though probably not to play too often)... My favorite Traffic album - awesome. Buddy Miles - damn good record (I think his best). King Gizzard - I am happy that they are out there and what they do - I don't listen to them, but I do respect them (same with Greta Van Fleet)...

As part of our live set my school "punk" band used to do an abridged acapella cover version (about 1 to 3 minutes usually) of John & Yoko from the Wedding Album as John & Norman which was an in joke that we found hilarious but puzzled the heck out of anyone watching. I remember we discovered the track by borrowing it from our keyboard player's dad's collection and the lot of us sitting in said keyboard player's bedroom drinking pop (soda) laughing and then "singing" along. Doing a cover version was after that a no brainer.

Great to see the Wedding Album "unboxed"! Ever hear Stan Freberg's "John and Marsha," which tells a love story by just repeating those names? "John and Yoko" is a take-off on that.

If you're wondering about the original digital release to 810 by Fibre!, it originally came out in late September 2016 on the iconic vaporwave and future funk label Business Casual. Fun Fact: Business Casual actually have a vinyl out themselves! It is the first pressing of the May 2015 album Obviate by Darksleep. This limited pressing was released on August 2017 and is still on sale with not much left. It's a very experimental record that fuses elements of vaporwave, noise and sound collage to create this very abstract release. Give it a shot!
