An interesting thing is that in the Jurassic World Evolution games, Large carnivores like Gigas,Rexes,and Spinosaurus are shown to be able of breaking reinforced concrete walls with their tackles, albeit in a few hits but that still makes each tackle small building level, so it's something an average member of those species can do.

Great vid considering what you're working with. But most calculations used for the JP line of scaling are just bad, for example the Bus feat from Buck doesn't account for the hollowness of the part he "destroys" and assumes he fragmented it when in reality he only deformed the metal. Basically don't buy anything from JPverse thats over small building. And the usual things that Rexy and things she scales to do are just mostly wall+ at best.

You just blew my mind. I never knew that Rexy, and by extension the Jurassic Park verse, was THAT strong at Large Building level for top tiers. Also even City Block?!?! Jeez louis. I always loved Rexy as a kid, and I always knew Rexy is stronger than an irl T-rex due to being genetically modified. Hell, wasn’t it stated that all dinosaurs in the JP verse are genetically modified? So you can argue they are stronger than their irl counterparts indeed. My first complaint: 1930s automobiles were made entirely from steel, whereas modern automobiles are made of aluminum (amongst other things), so you're giving Rex way too much credit for the bus comparisons. Kong casually flipping a bus made entirely of steel is easily more impressive than what happened in Lost World. My second complaint is you're giving Rexy way too much credit for chasing the jeep. When the jeep got going, she got dusted. The reason she was able to keep up with it before was because Malcolm pushed against the gear shift. Also, you're comparing running speed with combat speed. You also didn't take combat skills into consideration.

Let’s also acknowledge that the Spinosaur tanks a 50 caliber sniper shot off screen with explosive tips. Cooper’s professions could not handle that durability😂. In Kong’s defense though, he has the intelligence advantage as well. He could probably keep Rexy at a distance while tossing trees or boulders at her and using his agility to keep the high ground, but that’s a far more nuanced discussion with too many hypotheticals to consider.

Ngl i think one of kongs biggest strength feats is being able to rip the V rex’s jaw open while its trying to close its mouth. Any Trex-like theropod would have crazy jaw strength, and its impossible for a human to pry open the jaws of something like an alligator, so imagine the strength needed to fight against the bite strength of a full sized V-rex?

Wait what about kongs dexterity and intelligence? Unless their fighting on completely flat ground (which is unlikely) King kong be able to avoid and attack from angles Rexy wouldn't be able to reach. believe it or not, Rexy ties with Kong in intelligence, since she uses the environment in her favor, in JP, she did verify that the fences of the park were disconnected or not and is able to recognize an ally for having helped her. And a bonus is that she, like Kong, both like to use the method of taking advantage of their environment as seen with both Kong in his fight the 3 V-rexes, and (in Rexy's case) Rexy in his fight with Indominus Rex. although Kong looks smarter than Rexy because Kong was born with physical attributes, which Rexy does not possess, such as long arms or thumbs, which he uses mainly to grasp objects and also as a weapon or simply to make a punch.

She does take advantage of the environment, but I think in a significantly cruder way (ramming indo into buildings doesn't trike me as nuanced as flipping a V-rex off balanced while keeping a tiny human safe. But the Therizonosaurus claw trick on giga was fairly clutch.) Like even with the strength advantage rexy has (supposedly, king Kong bus should be made of harder metal) she should still be light enough for kong to lift off the ground or knock over. Not only because of his strength but the inherent advantage of those long arms and thumbs. I think indo's biggest advantage against rexy was probably her ability to grabble after all.

Well In 07 a guide mentioned Optimus holds back in order to reduce collateral damage so he was likely holding back in mission city tho he himself believed he couldn’t beat Megatron iirc(Haven’t seen the film In a while) But the two should be relative via a guide mentioning they’re equally matched After the first movie Optimus trains and becomes stronger than ever as he beats Megatron(Stated to be stronger according to the ROFT guide),Starscream and grindor in a 3v1 with him only dying due to being off guard DOTM has a weakened Megatron get no diffed by DOTM Optimus who’s stronger than ROFT Optimus as he has the matrix which amps him to be a true prime Galvatron can fight on par with AOE Optimus who takes two blasts from lockdown in perfect conditions compared to before where three shots made him go to statis lock He also should just be stronger since it’s 5 years after DOTM and we know Optimus gets stronger via experience(ROFT is an example of that In TLK Megatron one arms Optimus who’s weaker than his AOE self as he went in statis lock due to a lack of energy and never really recovered ps tortured by Quintessa

This is a common misunderstanding with gorilla's in general that being that majority of people believe they would beat any animal similar in size to them due to their strength and musculature which isn't the case as people don't realize that brute strength isn't necessarily deadlier than slashing as their durability isn't that great compared to other animals like lions, tigers, and bears which have excellent durability not to mention their weaponry are made for killing and those animals are downplayed by most people when in reality gorilla's are weaker as their weaponry are made for defense it's like if you fought with someone while holding a bat while they use an axe no competition.

Basically Rexy is the strongest tyrannosaurus in the verse meaning she is above Buck. Buck's head butting the bus feat would require energy equivalent to over 9 tons of tnt (large building level+). Characters who are large building level have an energy output of 2 tons of tnt atleast and 11 tons of tnt at max. That feat of Buck's is pretty casual so one could argue that Buck and by extension Rexy are city block level.

Except the thing Kong was pushing around and then sent railing and you called a bus isn’t a bus. That’s a train cart which is weighs like 30 tons, way heavier than a 7-8 ton bus. I also suggest actually questioning the calcs. As just denting in the sideframe of a bus like that can be done in just a violent car crash. Don’t just assume it’s large building level because some rando said it. Because it’s definitely not large building level. Not even destroying the buss entirely would be large building level, let alone just denting it As Kong can send away a 30 ton train cart, knock over solid rock houses as well as lift and throw around 10 ton V-Rexes with ONE ARM. He is easily strong enough to do the same with a single old Tyrannosaur. Rexy can push around dinosaurs similar to her weight by tackling and bulldozing into them. She’s using her weight against them. A regular person can knock over a 400 kg cow by pushing it, doesn’t mean they can legit pick up the cow and yeet it. You have to actually look at what they are doing and *how* they are doing it. Kong doesn’t need to use his own weight as leverage to move things weighing more than 10 tons, he just lifts and throws it with sheer physical strength. Even appealing to reality wouldn’t be the sin you describe it as since Spielberg’s intention with Jurassic Park was always to portray dinosaurs not as blockbuster monsters that powerscalers could gawk at, but as the animals they actually were.

Let's see, many of the plantations, especially the calculations, are wrong. About the thing that rexy cant fight anything her size. The indominus rex and giganotosaurus both are 9 metric tonnes while rexy js only 7 tonnes. Thats 2000 kg of difference. Rexy is pretty big for the old reconstructions of t-rex at the time of jurassic park what put the tyrant lizard king at only 5 tonnes but compared to the newer reconstructions rexy is small. Seu has a mass anywhere from 9.1 to 9.7 metric tonnes and scotty (the largest terrestial carnivore we know of currently) weighs 10.5 to 11 metric tonnes. I would say a real life rex would win against rexy in a fight. They both have similair strengts in their necks with rexy pushing around a 9000 kg animal and the real rex was heavily muscled around the erea to unleash its bites against its 10+ tonnes prey. Rexy has a slight advantage in intelligence (with rexy working with different species, the real t-rex would have been as smart as a baboon) And rexy is faster and that rexy can carry more since the i-rex weighs 9 tonnes. But the real rex has better bulk (its larger and a lot more muscular, the arms of a t-rex can hold 200kg each) the bite also is a lot stronger since a real rex could crush a car with the jaws, rexy does not show to have a very strong bite since she probaly would have ripped off the skulls of the i-rex and giga if she had the bite strenght. The real rex also has way better senses. Its range of vision was steonger than hawks and it had a better erea of view than hawks. The sense of smell of a real rex also is twice as much as a turkey vulture. The t-rex probaly also had decent hearing. Rexy probaly has realy good hearing since her eyesight is so bad and she also seems to not have a good sense of smell since she didnt smell dr grant and the kids in the first movie.

I mean given that the vrex is pretty much a descendent and more evolved version of a trex and kong 2005 could snap a vrex's jaws out of place to just kill one, I highly doubt that Rexy could win nor survive against king kong even if in her younger years in the first jurassic park. Rexy has her fair share of fights sure but kong can just easily snap rexy's jaws in half if given the chance

In JW: FK, Rexy was taken to a container in a small space and in that same movie we saw how Rexy when he wakes up frees himself from his chains and Owen could only be saved because: 1- Plot armor 2-Rexy was contained in a closed space and also, Rexy (believe it or not) ties with Kong in intelligence, since she uses the environment in her favor, in JP, she did verify that the fences of the park were disconnected or not and is able to recognize an ally for having helped her. And a bonus is that she, like Kong, both like to use the method of taking advantage of their environment as seen with both Kong in his fight the 3 V-rexes, and (in Rexy's case) Rexy in the final battle of Jurassic World.
