Sounds fantastic!!!! When you go to gain 3 did you mean the solo boost? I thought both gains worked together like the chupa and yeti? correct me if I am wrong.

Indeed so. The OD channel is like Chupa/Yeti, but with a footswitchable solo boost, which pretty much selects another MV control (with its own era switch). The gain controls remain the same.

You can get that with the KK or the Yeti for sure. Never played a molecular so I cant comment but the KK is super versatile.

Hi!Nice review!!I have the KK also!What are your settings on channel 2 especially bright switches, era and gain 1 and 2 pots?By gain 2 you meant going to the lead channel?Cheers!!!

I think in this video, Gain 2 bright is off (middle), while gain 1 bright is to left. gain 2 set at 3 oc, gain 1 at 1 oc. I think Wan was mistaken here about the gain controls - in OD channel, both gain 1 and gain 2 work together, ie it's not gain 1 for rhythm, gain 2 for Solo. Instead, the footswitch selects between clean and OD, as well as between rhythm and solo master volume controls.

I have a KK 50 and I love it. I have a ton of speakers and sounds incredible through all my different speakers. Vintage 30s, greenbacks, texas heats, cannabis rex, governors, weber british, creambacks, fanes... people underestimate the speaker.

Yes, that should be the case when in OD channel. Solo mode just selects another MV (ie SOLO, which has its own ERA switch)
