Look how big and green Dr. Death looked. butwithin one year he change all of that by getting into shape and becoming a legend. I was at will call for the Saints-Cowboys preseason game in Shreveport when Dr. Death was standing there waiting on a friend to get their tickets and I got a chance to say Hi and his voice was definitely shot at the time and the next thing you know everyone spotted him and gave him respect and took pics. He was a legendary superstar in Mid-South and very well known.

King Kong Bundy was a menace back in his early days(The 1980's) of Wresting.When I first watch wrestling in 1986 he destroyed Hulk Hogan after assaulting after the match in the Saturday Nights Main Event which lead to a WWF Championship Match with The Hulkster .Thank You Bundy Rest in Peace.
@georgeelmerdenbrough69065 жыл бұрын
The WWF paid him well but ruined him . KING KONG BUNDY should have been a main eventer for years but after Wrestle mania 2 he was just a Heenan Henchman .... I liked that Bundy always presented himself as a smart professional , wearing suits on interviews and talking about dominating wrestling .but ince he went to WWF he was just Hogan fodder .

I always thought Bundy had the best Monster Heel physique . George ( OMG ) Grey and Chris ( KKB) were two really cool guys. Doc was was a typical jock and a bit of a prick . Duggan was cool too ...I saw him taking pictures with the little old ladies after the match hamming it up for them . Making them feel special . Doc , I think he was a super competitive guy and only respected othwr jocks . I heard stories of how he was not aporoachable but I don't know if that was just Bill Watts in his ear telling him to act like a heel full time . Bundy ? Bundy loved an aydience . A funny guy really .

Wow I just came across this video while browsing some old school wrestling. I didn't know that King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang were in the same match and even teamed up. I know they had teamed later in a Survivor Series I believe, but does anyone know if these two H.O.F. worthy big men had ever faced each other in a singles match? I know back then the wrestling promotions really protected the kayfabe with heels and faces but is it possible that these two had a match that maybe wasn't televised?

I think the snapmare suplex is the only wrestling move in the match. I was impressed by how much air Hacksaw got on those elbows and on that cross body block. They way the crowd popped when the bell rang was amazing. What a fantastic match, sad that Duggan got bedazzled by money and let Vince turn him into a caricature of himself.
