Now THIS is one of the biggest nostalgia throwbacks for me ever. Of course, I played it on the computer, so the animations were a little faster and a bit more graphic, but no less fun! Some of my favorite battles involved the rook. The rook eating a pawn, the queen (I believe) blowing up the rook with a bomb...yes, those were good memories. :3

Even though this episode is old As a chess enthusiast I cringed in the bishop-knight problem around 9:30, because Danny could've captured the pawn with the knight that was protecting that square and if the AI is that bad it would capture the knight with the bishop, so he could capture the bishop with his own bishop and still attack the king (although not directly, just making impossible for the f pawn to get out), dominate the centre and even though he lost his knight he still gets a bishop from the AI, and for me bishops are a lot more important end game than knights are. Eh, if any future traveler that wanders down this comment section wants to discuss it, I'm open~

If you guys actually wanted to play battle chess where you actually battle, you can play MK chess in Mortal Kombat Deception. You pick what characters you want as pawns, knights, etcetera and play chess, but you fight each other when pieces attack. The one who attacks gets a health advantage. It's fun, you guys should play that instead.
