@@naidu5365 It depends on your food, activity etc. Yogis could manage with 3-4 hours, because of the Sattvic food they take and the type of yoga they practice. For Gym rats, the requirement may go up. But, with Sattvic diet and yogic lifestyle you can lower your sleep quota. There are many people that follow Sadhguru's teachings, that wake up an 3.30 AM and sleep at around 11 pm.

you dont need. i mean we need to have min exercise right now/ because atleast our grand parents and everyone used to work. but right now we eat junk .even good food cost less . Also not everyone . even ambani as money then why he is/ . it is surely a work as well as food we eat. we have many food which comes less price .but we choose to eat junk. i almost stopped sugar and many oily consuming foods. i reduced 15 kgs . and maintainn my diet
