The legend of the spirit of Orochi appeared in Japan but on the official database the character Orochi doesn't have a birthplace. Also there are not official origins of Rugal, his kids and Foxy.. K9999's new identity being Krohnen McDougal could just be a fake name, but considering Krizalid was from ireland, Krohnen being Scottish is possible. Darli's birthplace is definitely unknown, all we know is that she was raised in madigascar. Rugal Bernstein's last name is very likely german, and while it's a stretch, Heidern kinda gives me german vibes as well. Lastly, Leona is very likely Brazilian, since a lot of Japanese people moved to Brazil (such as Leona's father when he was on the run from the orochi clan), and Heidern's base is in brazil. There's a big problem with this. SNK only lists birthplaces. A nationality is something different and heritage is yet another. Only in a few cases, the "SNK's" have made annotations about nationality and or heritage, like Benimaru being half American, or Shen Woo being raised in Shanghai or Xiangfei being effectively American even though she has Chinese heritage. Anything else that can't be proven with official stuff (i.e. the nationality of all the Sakazakis, Robert and Richard Myer being American because they reside in South Town, which is in the US) is just crazy fan theories that should not be spread any further.
