That's actually a myth made up by fans who didn't want to believe Mike Judge was a finicky writer. He made the decision on his own since Bobby and Hank's personalities are too different. There was talk of having GH (Good Hank) grow up and act like a mini Hank, but he ultimately decided against it. Honestly a smart move imo, imagine turning a kid into a mini version of the protag you actually wanted to write about. Especially since it would have to involve a huge time skip and then acting as if the status quo wasn't changed drastically.

Ngl, when Peggy finally pushed her limits beyond a breaking point to save Luanne from her mother's influence, I actually liked her as a character. Everything that came before and after that scene still has her as a major antagonistic force more often than not, but that moment, her moment? That is still in my top five scenes. HO YEAH!

Dale had already won. In every way but an actual physical altercation. You know, aside from him "accidentally" cheap shotting him when he attempted to win Nancy back by sneaking into their home. Add in that he has a mass variety of techniques even more seasoned fighters can't keep up with, like squirrel tactics, it just would have happened for fan service. Dale is Joseph's dad. Nancy's husband. Has embraced his destiny as an exterminator while Redcorn still struggles to even get his feet steady. Above all else, Dale has inner peace... Aside from those damn aliens. Always mucking up Earth affairs and leaving evidence to taunt him.
