I think Stephen chooses and research to the hilt everything and everyone that is on his show. We love him because he's an AUTHENTIC person and takes ownership of his every word, thought and deed. And that is what makes him the best. It's what has made John Oliver the best at what he does - and I think it 100% totally stems from their association with Jon Stewart, who also is completely authentic and without guile.

I love this song even more. This song is a like a nice bottle of red wine. I read about the 1950 reference and after this performance I was able to feel the struggle for love queer people had to go through. This is a beautiful performance. She really put herself into this. Stay humble.
