These look scrumptious Kristi!😍 I've seen you use a cream cheese mixture like this in another recipe and immediately wrote it down because of all the applications that popped into my head!😘 Do you have many air fryer recipes? I finally have one and am anxious to try new things in it!☺️ I love to cook and bake but I just can't stand for very long and feel like I'm missing out this season. I went to Sam's yesterday and picked up some things that will save me a lot of standing time. I have a convection oven and now an air fryer to assist in baking. Not only did I get the air fryer at Sam's, I also got the cans of cinnamon rolls (with great recipes on the package) and the tub of chocolate chip cookie dough. I adore chocolate chip cookies but little did I realize the tub was 72oz!😊 I also found something I've never seen before. At first glance it looked like a bag of coconut cookies. I picked up the bag that was fairly light and the label said it was simply Toasted Coconut. I was so intrigued, I had to bring them home. When I opened the bag, it looked like thin coconut cookies. I bit into one and it was like a coconut crisp that melted in my mouth! Then a light just popped into my head!💡 These little coconut crisps seemed like a perfect addition to the chocolate chip dough. I think this is the first way I'm going to make the chocolate chip cookies. I may even add pecans or walnuts. This is the baking season but I haven't been able to make anything yet. But I'm excited to try this new concoction!😚 Sam's used to have Coconut Pecan cookies but they were only seasonal. Every time I saw them I would always get them. I went to the bakery and asked why they weren't around all year. Apparently a lot of other people asked the same thing because they finally offered them all year! Unfortunately I didn't see them yesterday. No worries, I'm going to make my own with an additional component. I love watching your videos with all the wonderful recipes! You inspire me to bake more! Thanks for sharing another amazing recipe!🥰
