By the way, King Recon........if you haven't noticed yet one of the two poneglyphs on Fishman Island was ONE OF THE ROAD PONEGLYPHS....remember...when the Straw Hats arrived that it was no longer there. Robin was only reading the one referring to Joy Boy's apology.....which means that Road Poneglyph has been moved somewhere else...................pehaps on Elbaf.

Roger was 10 yr too early because of the mermaid princess was not born. So it goes back to Roger saying to SR that 1: he will never die (before he turned himself in) 2: the inscription saying he will guide you on the stone 3: he basically want to find the weapon, but not use it because of the way SR phrase the question. "SR - We want the weapon's creator treasure but not the weapon, but Roger did not agree with that statement, and everyone knows Roger is not going to use the weapon for destruction. So he saw the one piece, but it was incomplete - which is why SR said you might come to a different conclusion then what we did, and Roger will probably be waiting in spirit at the OP for the chosen one to bring it all together (WB told BB you are not the one Roger is waiting on).

About the things you said: I think the main reason Roger took another tour around the world was because he wanted to gather all information about phoneglyphs because from the start of his journey, he didn't have anybody to read it for him. If there is a second time skip with Luffy, I think it should be mostly after he discovers OP, because he would need time to prepare for what he needs to do afterwards. Speaking of One Piece, how GOAT is that Roger's panel!!! I imagine Luffy and the crew laughting BUT what if Robin starts crying because she's the one who understands the real meaning of all of that?! Who knows, OP is the biggest and jolliest mistery of all manga for sure!

Two notes: That discussion between Buggy and Shanks in the beginning of the chapter was shown in the first Buggy flashback back when he met Luffy and saw the strawhat. And the other is that the supposed disease that Buggy had, which is an Ussop reference, it was just a joke from the translators, he really was sick and wanted to go but couldn't.

Underrated comment. I think it was chapter 19, shanks and buggy fighting on which place is coldest. Mistranslation on ussop's disease, everyone is spreading it like a fact. Also some other scans translated that Whitebeard gave Roger a road poneglyph as a gift.lol(in dialogue with picture of young big mom)

Also started reading from the beginning, at first I thought it won't be that exciting as I knew what's gonna happen, but after few chapters you start seeing these small details which you easily miss while watching anime. It's really amazing. Already reached thiller bark arc where Captain John is introduced.

Nice! I watched the anime over 10 years ago, it was when the Strawhats were separated. After that I continued with the manga and I've been reading weekly ever since. Nowadays I prefer reading manga. As you say, there are so many details. When reading manga you can take as much time as you want reading each panel and it's much more enjoyable for me. Though obviously action scenes tend to be better in the anime as you can watch the movements.

I cried watching that episode, seeing luffy like banging his head on the ground. I got caught up during start of FI, when they went underwater. That was like 8 years, woah. One of the best chapters of the entire series, best flashbacks in one piece hands down,. Amazing chapter So it seems like roger did steal the poneglyph from linlin and didn;t have a confrontation with her. Man shanks is a real g staying behind for buggy Young franky met oden holy shit ( tho oden didnt say his name when he met him i think) It seems like the 4th pone glyph was originally at fishman island, but we know its not there now maybe its been moved. White beard did claim fishman island as his territory before, what if the message marco gave to neokomamushi is telling luffy where the last pone glyph is? Its to fucking good to see old characters like Tom, iceburg, kokoro, netpune, young madam shirley. Loved seeing fishmah island, Zou (i am glad we got to see the older dukes before inu/neko), Wano from back in the days. And it seems like orchi might have already started making the factories then. Man that last panel is fucking amazing the tears in this eyes knowing he accomplished his journey was beautiful

I was in tears seeing Roger laugh at the final page. Wow that was some something incredible! Why was it so emotional? I don't know... but Roger did something to me. How I wanna see One Piece end is - Strawhats looking at the One Piece but we don't see it and strawhats have shocked faces. Only then, only then Roger's flashback starts. We see his journey from the very beginning and when it ends we go back to the future and see One Piece.

Some VERY interesting theories I got for you King! My bet is that Roger was the one who told S Garp about the will of D. He then informed Sengoku about its meaning which explains Sengokus extensive knowledge. I also believe Shanks went with Buggy and came to that "different decision". Difference is Shanks decided to actively change the world with his knowledge. Buggy already demonstrated hesitation going to Laugh Tale so he more than likely will take the knowledge to the grave. THINK ABOUT IT! It only makes sense that Roger named this treasure "One Piece" and the Island "Laugh Tale". One piece could be an abstract metaphor for the embodiment of the whole journey and treasure as a complete body of work by Joy boy. IM-Sama knows or has an inkling of what the One piece is but I believe the treasure itself is only part of the full story of the manga "One piece". I think Joy Boy was also a member of the D clan and I DONT think it's a coincidence Oda made it so Toki was left on Wano. I believe Toki and Joy boy have met but since "Joy boy" is more than likely his AUTHOR ALIAS or nickname, she wouldn't recognize him by that name, meaning that name was given to him by someone else for his personality and nature, his creative ways of forging his tale and knowledge into a journey someone can follow. IM has 2 posters of 2 D clan members and 2 princesses one of which who's very nature is possibly linked to the one piece. Another very oddly specific thing and I believe the more we learn about Blackbeard and his body, the clearer things will become. Once I saw the Jersey and the Santa hat at the beginning, I knew this review would be hype!

Joyboy has sparked my curiosity. I want to know more about him. From what I read he was someone from the surface world who lived during the Void Century who made a promise the fishmen that thier world and the surface world would live together freely. But couldn't keep his promise. This much we know is canon about him. My hypothesis is that he was a regular human or a giant travelling the entire One Piece World and found the ancient weapons I don't think he created them but I think he figured out how the weapons worked. The weapons themselves originated from another planet possibly one of the moons or beyond it. He likely is connected to the D whatever that is. I think he wore a strawhat possibly the same strawhat that Roger eventually wore and passed it down to Shanks who passed it on to Luffy and Shanks is convinced that Luffy is the one to fullfill Joyboy's promise to the fishmen. I think Joyboy also knew the Kozuki clan and Robin's ancestors I think Joyboy might have been killed maybe by Immu who likely knows where Raftal or Laftal is located and that's why no one until Roger was able to find it let alone find the One Piece. The One Piece I think is some kind of key that will bring down the world government and Immu's defeat. Anyway that's just my hypothesis.
