Like from the round up jay was a kid who didn’t feel loved and was scared to answer his dad back, they just realised when they all got together how funny it was and that’s how many turn out imo. England could be Federated into it's 9 regions and each region have a local parliament but still having the monarch as head of state.

We have federal police and state police. But that phrase probably makes no sense in lots of countries.
