so as a recovering addict i know we're not supposed to make assumptions but ... i wasn't a user of uppers (ya know the walter white variety) however you end up hanging around users of all different types, and from her appearance to her mannerisms to the way she reacts to things, speaks, etc. it is _exactly_ like those folks. (tho it seems like she'll take whatever because the latter part is reminiscent of a different type of drug) and yes your life is absolute chaos 24/7. i was what's called a functional addict, went to work every day, used my own money - never stole, most people other than my ex boyfriend and sister who i was living with at the time never knew. and even as a FUNCTIONAL one, every day was chaos. my ex and i fought over everything, every 15 mins an argument, had total control over everything i did and she kinda seems like she's on that side of it, tbh. using on top of being a controlling, abuser makes for a whole new breed of awful person. also i haven't kept up but if he's cut down on his drinking like i heard at one point, then she's just gonna escalate him in the other direction from 0-60. idk i'm just really glad i don't live that anymore (2 years clean in just a week! 🎉❤) and honestly seeing it played out right in front of my eyes made me sick to my stomach. i definitely don't relate to cobes normally, but i feel for him in this situation. even if he's not partaking in anything - dating or living with a user is hell, period.

i know what she reminds me off. i used to work at a health and beauty store and we had this man coming in every once in a while that behaved just like this! the moment he entered the store we were all trying to get busy with another customer asap so we could avoid talking to him. he was so loud, obnoxious, clearly on some sort of substance. he once fought mall security in our store when we called to get him removed. they fell into the merchandise fighting, knocking over all sorts of stuff. and she is the female embodiment of that man omg. also he smelled really bad, and i dont think she smells like roses.
