Fun to see a fellow philosophy major in the dnd space, might be one of the reasons I vibe with your content. You have that analytical but still broad perspective.

Thank you for the awesome advice answering my ramblings, the splash page wasn't something I expected but is a great idea and will be a welcome addition for both online and my home games Also really enjoyed the section about your campaign, I was intrigued after the last Q&A and while I understand why you wouldn't want to stream it'd be awesome to hear more from time to time

Thanks for the answer! I like the 5 cathegories, now i do notice the 5th is really connected to the 1st i imagine thats just over how much you like that 1st one. Also I am glad someone asked about terrain. Thats certainly interesting advice

I had a DM run a location that was similar in concept to that chaos forge, there was a bunch of magic items, but about two thirds of them were cursed, and half of those curses were in some way inverted, as were many of the actual enchantments. Some of the inverted curses were beneficial but a lot of them were just plain weird, and and an equal number of the enchantments were rendered both detrimental and or just plain odd. The most memorable item to come out of this session was a cloak of armor that was cursed to give Cha penalties but both effects were directly inverted so the curse made you more attractive while the cloak's enchantment set your armor class very very low.

Thanks for the video! I enjoyed watching but I did have some questions regarding the contents of the video: 1. I think you may have forgotten to put the session zero template in the description that you had mentioned in the video. Any way that can be added to a pinned comment? 2. In the section about incorporating terrain, there was no accompanying visual aide to assist your explanation. Can you link an i8mgur link to what you were talking about? Thanks!

Your campaign is awesome. I didn’t even realize how much time had passed while I was listening to the story telling.

Lots of great advice! I’m starting back up my campaign with my group have a break and starting back up at 16th level so I appreciate the advice on the higher level play. Also I think I heard you mention in a past video that you would never do a game with your audience (I may have be misremembering it) but than you saying @1:26:10 that you want to join Solandis don’t watch. So is there a possibility of joining that game or was that direct at your friends that watch your videos? I was curious since west March sounds fun and I’d love to see you DMing in action. Thanks for the great video and hope you have a good day.
