Kingdom Hearts Character Profile: KING MICKEY

I love how it’s implied The Three Musketeers plot is canon to Kingdom Hearts and how he is proficient with a weapon and became king as he and Queen Minnie married following her rescue and knighting him. Of course for sake of convenient plot location they changed from Kingdom of France to…well…The Disneyland Kingdom or whatever practically. Then he had the further training as royal musketeer with the sword. Then it was a no brainer when it came to being Yen Sid’s apprentice to be trained with the keyblade, already having the combat prowess.

The way it seems is that the Country of Musketeers was the middle-timeline version of Timeless River, with it morphing into Disneytown/Disney Castle by the time of Birth By Sleep. His marriage to then-Princess Minnie seems to be what made him King, as she probably became Queen Regnant and made him her King Consort. (Often Queens Regnant take on a Prince Consort- like Prince Albert- so their own authority isn't overrun by patriarchal societies, but Minnie probably trusted Mickey and their subjects to not consider him King OVER her.)

Mickey in this series gives me Dumbledore vibes, where he is sometimes keeping things a secret or giving out information only when he really has to. It's an intruiging approach and one that we hadn't seen before, so I'm a fan of it.

Pixxz The medals are them being called from the future by the book, I dont think it is completely confirmed where they came from in the game.

I feel as if their from the book due to A. all the world's the player visits being projection from the book and B. that would make the Disney characters like millenniums old, and that doesn't sit right with me emotionally lol.
