+Groisu: Yeah, I craved more Kingdom Hearts and the secret ending for KH2 was teasing Birth by Sleep. So when Birth by Sleep came out, I was satisfied. They literally never once hinted at KH3 until Dream Drop Distance's ending. I didn't start waiting for KH3 until 2013, a year after Dream Drop Distance came out. Granted 2013 - 2018 is still a long wait, but nowhere near as long as a lot of people like to make it out to be.

A few significant things I noticed about that first scene.. 1. Marluxia does the same gesture as Laurium when he introduces himself (putting his hand over his chest) 2 Judging by appearance, Marluxia is not part Xehanort (No amber eyes/white hair) 3. Marluxia emphasizes that he serves the "only" Organization (This either implies that he is declaring himself separate from the "new" Organization, or that the "new" Organization is the only Organization that there ever was)

According to Xehanort the Organization was always meant to be the 13 seekers of Darkness but he comes to see that not all the candidates were fit so he stuck to the original plan but changed around his members courtesy of time travel

For point no 1 I realized that gesture comes up several times in Back Cover, notably: 1:when Invi leaves Ira. 2:The Master in Invi' s flashback . 3:Ava when she gives her speech to the Dandelions at the fountain plaza 4:Luxu when he's alone in a wasteland. Note that by all four scenes they all said the same line: *"May your/my heart be your/my guiding key"* Said when someone, be it yourself or others is in doubt. Notice how Aqua and Mickey didn' t put on the gesture when they say the line, it' s a fairy tale era thing. Which means probably all this time Marluxia/Lauriam has always been in doubt and there's probably more to him that what meets the eye, and whatever ulterior motive he had could be something he had in mind since UX era.

Seeing Monsters Inc. as a world makes me hope that Billy Crystal and John Goodman will reprise their roles as Mike and Sulley. And if they're going to follow the movie, then I would also like to see Steve Buscemi return as Randall. They'll probably have to recast Boo, but that all depends if Mary Gibbs is really good at making baby noises (plus her only speaking lines were "Mike Wazowski", "Boo", & "Kitty"). Waternoose will most definitely have to be recast since James Coburn died 15 years ago. I heard that they would have gotten Kelsey Grammer to voice him had he appeared in "Monsters University" so maybe they'll get him. But either way, I'm excited to see what they'll do in KH3.

Pixar has a deal with square so they have to make only original stories, so TS has original story and monsters inc will have too. This world will be after the first movie, you can see the changes being made to the motton and in the door area there are balloons and stuff.

One can hope they keep the original voices. I have similar concerns about who will voice Old Master Xehanort due to the death of Leonard Nimoy, I rather enjoyed hearing his performance and had just gotten attached to him in this villainous role and now he's gone, who knows who they could get to portray the villain now. Unless they try to get a soundalike. Part of me hopes they do that, since the crew of Samurai Jack had to recast the voice of the villain Aku after the death of Mako, but Greg Baldwin wasn't too bad of a "fill-in". It was better than nothing. I just hope that whoever they go with for Xehanort, Mike, Sulley and any of the other familiar Disney characters, when it comes to recasting, that they do try to find a soundalike, someone who has the chops to fill in for whichever celebrity they had to fill in for. It can't be easy to do, that's for sure.

I cried at like 2 in the morning over this shit. I can't explain how hyped I am. For the return of old characters and the introduction of new ones. The dream eaters returning is just as amazing. Everything looks awesome and to be completely honest this game is probably the only game I've ever been this hyped for (not counting the 3ds family Pokemon games) This game holds a special place in my heart as my first ever introduction to final fantasy and the JRPG'S in general and the first ever manga I read all the way through (before Pokemon adventures) kingdom hearts made me love video games more than I already did it helped open my eyes to more games than just PS2 sonic and n64 smash bros/Mario Kart (some of the only games I played) this game series has helped me make so many friends both through fan boying over which Disney world's are going to be in a video game franchise and just about being able to have this franchise I love so much. Kingdom hearts helped me through a very rough time in my childhood(my parents divorce) every character interaction,boss fight, everything helped me get through that slump. I may not know everything ever about kingdom hearts but this franchise will live on in my heart and everyone who watched this trailers heart for years to come. Thank you square enix thank you kingdom hearts KZbin channel thank you Disney for even letting this collaboration ever become a thing It's been one hell of a ride and I'm gonna ride it out all the way to the end

No one's probably caring about this, however since Sora and Vanitas have the same voice actor, the voice actor is basically talking to himself in that scene xD that's pretty cool how he can switch his tones right off the bat when doing that scene :) I give a lot of props to you Irino Miyu(Sora/Vanitas voice actor)! :D On that note, I wish Vanitas didn't talk to him in the monster inc world.. I can't take Sora as seriously in that form :( If only Sora was in his normal form, it would have been much more epic... And anyone else want Larxene to be one of the Seekers of Darkness? The forms are probably more symbolic. Vanitas looks human but is a complete and utter monster. Sora looks like a monster and is one of the nicest people in the series.

I love this actually, look at the cutscene shown in the song trailer and you'll notice these two are the same one. The part where he comes up to Sora is after he drops the scream container. So it's likely were getting a boss fight in that scene, and I LOVE that before almost none of the Disney characters help you fight one of the non Disney bosses except for Beast who you get when you fight Xaldin and you can have with you to fight Xemnas in Kingdom hearts 1, Peter pan who helps you fight Anti-sora, and of course Mickey in Birth by sleep. It makes it feel that much cooler to me that we may get Mike and Sully to help us fight Vanitas of all people.

Don't get your hopes up. It's possible they'll reprise their roles but it seems likely these characters will be played by other voice actors. Disney usually gets Carlos Alazraqui (that's right, Rocko of "Rocko's Modern Life") to play Mike and he actually does a really good job. Joel McCrary has been voicing Sully lately and he's....all right but different. He doesn't really sound like John Goodman but I have hear anyone who dies; it's a tough role to fill. If you want to hear what these actors sound like, look up videos of Mike and Sully from "Disney Infinity."

12 years? Are you fucking high?? The game that was advertised at the end of KHII, that everyone was waiting for, was KH: BbS, which came out in 2009. Since then, we've had 2 direct sequels to KHII and 3 other KH games that also significantly contribute to the overall plot. KHIII has only been in development for 5 years. If you've been waiting 12 years for a number, you've been doing it to yourself. We've had "KHIII" twice now.

I don't get why people get so offended when some fans place the originals on a pedestal. I've noticed it seems to stem from the fact most didn't directly grow up with them, and only know the recent spinoffs. Which again is fine, but please don't take it so seriously. That said, I've followed EVERY sequel/spinoff as they've been coming out. I am 110% caught up with all events. However, I'm not particularly fond of where Nomura has taken the story, but it is what it is. Unfortunately he had his mind set on FF and had no plans for KH3. In order to keep "some" interest on KH he kept releasing these extras which only convoluted the story even more. BBS and 358/2 days were fine. But they could've been part of KH3. I remember back in 06-07 when people theorized that KH3's opening sequence would be the Keyblade War (w/ intro to Ven, Aqua, Terra, Xehanort), much like KH2 began with Roxas, before leading into the main game. Would've actually been a beautiful start!

It's not that we get offended by people putting KH1/2 on pedestals. It's the fact that no one can get the facts and dates correct. And then everyone says the "spin-off" games aren't important at all, but they actually explain every side plot hole that KH1/2 have. Hell, even fucking KHUX has important plot, and it's a mobile game. People say they've been waiting 12 years for this. But that's a load of BS because KH3 was never advertised until KH3D. And then Nomura coming out and giving KH3 a way too early announcement because every one was getting on SE's ass about KH3. He says himself KH3 never should have been announced that early. We probably would have got a proper announcement 2017 or late 2016 if anything. BBS, imo, should have been a full console game itself, like Re:CoM, rather than a PSP game. And though 358/2 was great, a movie is enough. KHUX's movie was eh, since the ENG version wasn't far enough into the plot, it felt like it was too early for a movie.
