As far as I know, two animators worked on the mobile game for about seven years. You can find a two-part fan dub of the entire thing which includes the scenes from this movie in chronological order with the mobile game. Regardless you should definitely consume that story at some point:)

The only way to truly understand this is to watch the scenes from Union X which was a mobile game yet holds both huge amounts of lore and secret reveals that are not revealed in the other games, it’s only by watching Union X that you’ll learn who the traitor is as well as understand the backstory of the upcoming mobile game

Been watching your kh lets plays in between college and work, and been a fun time! You seem to be enjoying the story quite a bit, and it reminded me of how i felt when I played these games for the first time. Still can't believe it's been close to half a decade since i first played 2.8, time sure does fly.

I do recommend watching the kingdom hearts timeline videos of it since it gives extra context with the player character and their story as well considering the mobile app dosen't really organize things in a way that tells the story well atleast up til the end of Unchained X

I guess the biggest reason I look forward to you playing KH3 is that you are coming from a place of zero clue where everything is heading. Which means you’ll receive the freshest excitement what’s to come more than most. Because when the hype was fierce with the trailers, they spoiled the hell out of that game. It was to the point of never watch a trailer for KH3. And it definitely took away from the much earned payoff situations it entails.

Before KH3 came out I never looked at the trailers and went in blind and I loved it. It became my favorite KH game. I saw the trailers years after and could see how they ruined people's expectations

@@MrGamer07100 honestly I didn't watch any trailers because KH 3D got me mad with the time travel 😂 so I kinda checked out even though I knew I would play KH3 no matter what. Glad to say KH3 reinvigorated the love I had for the series And not watching the trailers really reminded me of the experience I had with the first game in which I really had no idea who I would run into next. I decided I need to go in blind for the next game too, it really made KH3 a phenomenal experience.

"Ok, I think this is starting to make sense." Jade, I love ya for diving into this series....but it's NOT going to make sense and it's so glorious at the same damn time. Once you take in ALL the lore; then you will know it all and appreciate everything in a completely different light. But yea, watch the Unchained X/Union X content up to the point where KHIII came out, and once you're done there, swing back on over to witness the rest of the madness. Welcome aboard for the full KH Experience.

Hiya jade. The back cover movie covers important points from the Kingdom Hearts mobile game for KH3, although when KH3 came out the mobile game kept going and more story was added. Theres an awesome fandub of this story on youtube,but you dont need to watch it for KH3,the back cover movie will be just fine.! But the mobile game cutscenes could also be another great movie watch after KH3. BTW, your theory at the end with braig is very interesting... 😬😬

It's great that you're trying your best to go through these "cutscenes" I would say. But I second on what many has commented. I highly suggest that you watch at least part 1 of the fan dub of Kingdom Hearts X (chi/kye/key)/Unchained X (chi/kye/key)/Union X (Cross) before playing KH3. Especially for the lore. Anyway, again it's great that you're going through the Kingdom Hearts series. Keep at it. Also, here's a pronunciation run sheet of the of the characters of Back Cover, because it's understandable that you will forget how to properly pronounce their names. . Master of Masters, aka MoM. . Have you been working out? You look a bit different than last month, but in a good way. Any who, thanks for the upload! I always loved this short film! (BTW that intro with the cartoons, is a mobile/PC multiplayer game. Sadly it ended up being canon and important to the story. Hence why Square Enix made this short film! Random addon, that end credits theme is awesome as heck!

If you remember in the beginning of 0.2 you saw Luxu witnessing the aftermath of the keyblade war, in turn the gazing eye is also looking. That's why I suggested to watch this movie first haha no matter. Well you're pretty much all set for KH3 ;). Those Chibi characters are from the mobile game. I would like to say, I'm glad i discovered you. You're so sweet and genuine. I first discovered you when I saw your reaction to Re:Chain of memories movie, so glad you watch it instead of playing ahah. I'm so glad you enjoyed the KH series, but i'm sorry to say but after this movie, I'm going to unsubscribe just for a little while. It's not personal, I simply don't want to be spoiled with your reactions to FFVII Rebirth. As soon you begin your KH3 walkthrough or done with rebirth myself, I'll re-subcribe ;). Pinky promise 🤙Also please don't worry about the KH Union X mobile stuff just yet. Even though they are very important to overall story, The movie will give you the bare minimum basics to help with you understand some plot details in KH3. I just suggested, just focus on the main games on the PS4/PS5 first, like kh3+dlc and melody of Memory. Then you can react you to unchained x/union x/dark road. KZbinr damo279 and his team did a fantastic job on editing the mobiles stuff into a movie that's fully dubbed too ;) he's currently working dubbing KH Dark Road, so hopefully by the time you're done FFVII rebirth and the rest KH games, he's finished working on it.
