It really depends on which it appears to be mainly focused around and how necessary it is for the vehicle mode to look complete. example: Cliff jumper had a shield that was obviously meant to be the back of his car. So without that weapon the vehicle just doesn't work. While with huffer the gun and truck bed was designed as a gun first and vehicle parts second. It's also not needed for the vehicle mode to look good. tldr: if it looks like they turned a weapon into part of vehicle it's good, if it looks like a part of the vehicle was ripped off the figure, it's bad.

Turning him from Mechanic Studios Engineer to Kingdom Huffer. It ended up being too big of an idea for me to animate, but I think YOU could pull it off! Or something similar.

@@TheLazyEyebrow Oh, it's opening skit worthy. I think you do a good job with those. They are really good hook to get people invested in the rest of the video. It doesn't even have to have the song in the scene, just the original music from the death. My original music idea, was to do a compilation of a "HUFF Hits" album where I sing a bunch of favourite Karaoke songs and others that can have the word "Huff" or "Huffer" substituted in them.

I'd say the reason stuff like this isn't Partsfroming, is because the altmode is complete with out it. It's only partsfroming when if you loose the part, one mode will never be truly finished.

If we consider the many Huffers with the base assumption in such case that each Huffer toy you own is a Huffer from a parallel universe from the G1 Huffer toy, there's basically a multiverse Huffer armada against a Starscream with cosmic powers, which could be considered limited by the Marvel comics universe (which I admit I never read the Marvel Transformers comics, so if I am incorrect please don't hesitate to correct). So there's a possibility that one of the Huffers has powers of a multiversal scale, as needing to pull all other Huffer iterations there from other universes, could also have enough power to stop that Starscream. That or I am overthinking what was at first a funny comment.

Those slats that are filling the gun in are legit detail; Most mid-weight dump trucks have that pattern pressed into their bed walls for rigidity. Even the crossbars are accurate.

Feet bottoms should be orange. I guess you can always pretend it's a "bed liner" for that pickup truck-ish mode. If you had a couple of the new fossilizers and some weaponizers you could come up with some crazy combinations with all those 5mm ports!

Interesting note: Huffer's gun looks to be based off the HALO Spartan Laser. Things to identify that are the raised front portion with exposed barrel between the two pieces, round indent on the side at the rear of the gun, and the general silhouette.

Some of those early 3P Huffers were…rough. XTB’s in particular. I got the Hoss version and I need to figure out a way to tighten his hips up. It drives me nuts because I love the way he looks. Maybe I should get Kingdom Huffer and see if I can get the Hoss head onto it and then paint Huffer up in Road Ranger colors

I (usually) don’t like perfectly smooth parts on figures. I prefer something like Earthrise Optimus where there’s a lot of mechanical detail if you look for it, but not too much so that it’s not distracting.

The outside is painted well. The inside has some paint splatter but is supposed to be unpainted. The inside designs looks almost like it shows evidence of how it was constructed. So it sort of resembles a 3d print that way.

I agree with you that he is the best Official Hasbro Huffer we’ve gotten to date. Is the only Huffer you are missing is Cubex Huff? I honestly really like that version of Huffer. Only gripe was the plastic quality and the Trailer hitch gimmick. If you don’t have him, i’d recommend picking him up as I believe he is cheap on the secondary market now that BadCubes Huff 2.0 was released. If I hadn’t wactched your Huffer centric video I’d swear your favorite character IS Huffer and your favorite color was orange....😂

@@CardboardBots warpath is good but very skinny. He has a nice and complex transformation and the parts forming is optional like huffer. The shield weapon just secured though I can’t find a gun that suits him, plus I’m used to him being a big bruiser and the shield is sort of the opposite. Would be like taking away megatrons fusion cannon for a axe. It just doesn’t suit him, though I can imagine him or maybe brawn using a shield as a weapon, slamming into others. And the tank mode is amazing, colours are right and everything. Although the turret barrel can be weighed down by some effects pieces. And finally a tank with 180 degrees of motion and a movable barrel.
