He does have great tone- he got da CHRIST tone! Lol! notice, he clicks on a wah and doesn’t turn it off the whole set, only subtlety moving it around real slow like... what a bad bad boy we got here.

Definitively and in context, "musical or vocal sound with reference to it's pitch, quality and strength". I guess one could measure and chart the this and thats about it, and compare however seems fit...still ends up the freely subjective 'you like?'. I like.👍💫

Thanks for the feedback. I generally only video in either the World Stage or the BB King lounge as the acoustics for recording aren't great in some of the other venues (like the mid-ship pool). We saw Tab a few times at other venues but didn't make any recordings this time. Check previous cruise videos though for other shows.

Excellent chops and phrasing. I particularly like that he's only using every day amps (Fender Blues Deluxe and Peavey Delta Blues ?) instead of $5000.00 boutique amps that only have one input and no reverb (LOL) and about 3 pedals instead of billions of pedals on a board plus a full rack drawer to switch them on and off !!! Think about it .........

@18:40 His improvisational skills are insane. I think both KingFish and Toby Lee are the future of the blues but Kingfish's playing is more varied and nuanced. It seems to me that most of Toby Lee's videos feature the same slow melodic blues.
