* Deep freeze Kingfish pieces for some time after applying Green Masala paste. This way the masala will nicely stick to the pieces while frying.

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Masala Paste Ingredients:
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green Chillies - 7-8
Mint leaves - 12-15
Tamarind - Marble size
Garlic Cloves - 7
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water
Cooking Oil
