KingFisher Boats - 1875 Falcon - 2021 Boat Launch With Customer

Wish I had the $$ to buy one of these. I don't, well I do but boss wont allocate 60k for a boat so building my own version. Bought a sugar sand mini jet boat with a 175hp sportjet, motor in perfect condition compression 115 on all cylinders just for the engine and jet drive. Now looking for an older 19 ft aluminum boat ether a starcraft or bluefin spectrum IO. Going to pull these two boats into the shop in the fall and close the door. Spring time I will open the door and there will be one jet boat ready to rock. Going to ad 2 strips of 1/4 aluminum to the keel front to rear and weld it in. next rebuild the inside floor supports with heavy aluminum tube and angle and weld in the jet tunnel and then ad on some UHMW down the center just like they do on these kingfishers. On the upper part all wood and vinyl will be replaced be welded aluminum with aluminum tread plate for floor with non slip paint. I am going to build it as a hard top with center pivot tall windshield. From the side it will look kinda like the profile this kingfisher has for the top but I will frame it up and skin it with aluminum. Here in MI it rains like holy hell can be all day long and if I drive for hrs up to the UP I am not gonna let rain stop me from fishing. All in I will only have 10 to 15k into it but I am welder fabricator and machinist so I don't have to pay one penny to some one to build it for me.

Mine is a pain in the @$$ to load but I love my falcon .. it came with a Karavan trailer .. I got a smoking deal on it … But the passenger side spring broke 3 blocks from house after 22hr drive bringing it home from the dealer in Washington to St. Louis Missouri … The boat is absolutely amazing .. Had it 2 years zerooo problems besides that trailer . Will definitely be buying an Escape shortly with a ez loader trailer lol
