The Super Wealthy like him don't buy these houses because they just love buying things. It's fairly simple. Wealth is kept in physical purchases like houses and car collections because bank accounts won't hold more than 275k Insured, and some credit unions will do a little more, but wouldn't you want your billions safe? The best way to do that is to buy stuff. Houses, Cars, Art, Child Sex Slaves (whoops, my bad Hollywood Elite).... Ahem, I meant Exotic Model Workers (What they often call the spendings on the sex slaves btw). Oh and I'm sure they probably put a ton of money into Black Projects like Alien Tech and other things like Tech that they invest in that would also benefit them for doing so, like tech to slow aging, and other things. I mean when your nearly a Trillionaire, you literally throw money away on anything! I dare him to try and say he has never wiped his ass with a 100 dollar bill, because I'm sure every millionaire has just because they can!
