Kyle came from the community as a player when he was hired for this position as CM… anytime there’s an internal hiring like that where you’re pulling from a community and elevating to a managerial position, You really gotta be careful that past relationships and past connections (on both sides of that ‘fence’) don’t get in the way of that person doing their new job. So whoever did the hiring to begin with sat Kyle on a fence …. and it looks like he fell off.

However, I'm curious: What would YOU do, if someone claimed publicly that you lost your job because you cheated and this came up in , well, your third job interview now, where you did not get the position because of it.
