1. Choosing beauty over character. It’s not bad but shouldn’t be the primary reason for choosing her. Make a list of qualities you find attractive and look for dating when dating. 2. Not learning about relationships. Men naturally gravitate towards work or recreational activities. Start learning about relationships. Get a mentor. Read book, attend conferences. Watch videos and podcast on relationships. Observe the women around you. Where you invest is where you harvest. 3. Not managing their sexuality. Self control is important just because you can sleep around doesn’t mean you should. Abstinence, Celibacy and chastity isn’t only for women. Casual sex always have casualties.
@RelationshipBuildersForum4 жыл бұрын
The beauty of a wife is defined by the perception of the husband about her appearance. Sometimes, people define beauty by their fantasies; whereas, beauty remains a subjective concept. Character sustains a man’s perception of his wife’s beauty. Thank you PST Kingsley.

This goes both ways sir.... We are need these ... I'll be 40 by next month and single... guess what the fine boy looks is not passing the first phase for me if that's all you've got then I'm sorry we can't be... Pastor K quick question... what's your thoughts on younger men marrying older ladies, and what's God's thought on this issue... Currently I've got them in equal proportion trying to catch my attention...just one thing is lacking their personal relationship with God is missing or not so clear to me...I'm talking about both church guys and those not too churchy ...it's very key for me cause I don't want to be the one training my husband about the things of God... Let him know God for himself and have his personal testimonies about it....
@ezinneerhirhieneeukaogo14394 жыл бұрын
You seem to have answered your own question. The issue is their spiritual lives not their age. If you are the one teaching him spiritual things mostly, you won't respect him even if he's older. Age doesn't matter.
@luckyedward97053 жыл бұрын
Age does not matter when you love someone.. you just have to go for it and pray for God to take control over everything age is just a number when you love someone beautiful.
@derealfreakydaddy3 жыл бұрын
Sometimes age gaps pose a challenge but it’s workable..It will take humility and understanding on the lady’s part to submit to a guy she’s older than... Secondly, never marry anyone who isn’t saved and is lacking a relationship with the Holyspirit...They might not a working knowledge of God like you do, but by the love of God in their heart, there will be transformation...

ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP Is not necessarily a criteria biblically, I think that westernization is what brought about that. Our parents did not do much of ROMANCE but they did well in marriage.

What do you mean by "romantic" cause I can bet you needed to romance your wife as an "African".
@chinonuwuchegbule51934 жыл бұрын
Doing well in marriage, like staying with someone due to the fear of being called a failure, suffering and smiling at the same time, when your duty as a wife is streamlined to cook, bear as much children as you can so they can join him in the farm...?
@cloyettegrant38894 жыл бұрын
Daniel the men did well in marriage but not the women. Many women suffered or are scared to this day.
@cryptoairdroplover71724 жыл бұрын
@@chinonuwuchegbule5193 you went far back in time, my mother never had such experience and i didn't observe other couples even till this day, having issues because the husband didn't do any ROMANTIC gestures, it's more about your values and upbringing that will help you keep your marriage. I even observe my married sisters today, they have been married for close to eight years now, yet no such thing as ROMANCE With their husbands. Don't get me wrong, i like romance, but i don't accept that it's a prerequisite for a life time of relationship and responsibility called marriage. As a mature Christian woman, such "extras" should not be a bother.
