One detail I love in Harry's slaughter is when the grenade blows up, you can see that his ears ringing. For a brief moment you can see that since his ears are blocking out the signal, Harry has a brief moment of horror on his face at what he is doing, then the ringing goes away, the signal reaches him and the rampage continues. Also, the church scene is still to this day one of the most insane action sequences in the past decade.

Yeah, Colin trained for 3 hours a day for 6 months to do all the fight scenes himself. They didn't want it to look like they cut around stun doubles and really put in the extra effort to make sure that when you see him doing the action, it was really him doing it. He says himself that he had a ton of fun having the opportunity to do something outside his usual film.

Is Colin! He performed almost 90% of his stunts. He trained for 6 months to be able to fight like this. There are several videos of interviews on the set where they tell this

Ash's story in the beginning was so inspiring. As I sat listening to it I looked up from my phone and it was at that moment that I paused and had a moment of self awareness. So I pushed play, got up, and did my laundry and other chores with this playing in the background. Thanks for reminding me that entertainment is important but not to be stupid and give this ALL my attention 😂.

New York has roughly the same and is a success with 1000 firearm crimes per 8,000,000 (New York used to be REALLY dangerous back in the day) and Chicago has 2500 for 2,500,000. Southern States in the US. Baltimore, St Louis, and New Orleans are probably worse than that.

The church scene exterior (30:18) was filmed on location in Deepcut, surrey England and is the regimetal church of the Royal Army Ordnance Corp/Royal Logistics Corp of the british army. the barracks behind are being closed down and residential housing estate being built there instead. payment for the church hire has helped towards the conservation of it aswell i think.
